My artwork is about bringing a smile to someone’s face. Joy is what makes life beautiful. It is what gets us through challenges and allows light in to illuminate the shadows. I approach each painting with a open mind - the choice of palette, texture and of course, subject matter. I paint very intuitively and find the process quite meditative. My body of work is growing and evolving but at the root of everything is the need to communicate and connect with the viewer.
